Axford Combination Skillet Cover and Skillet for use on Axford Broiler. These pans were produced at the Axford foundry in San Francisco, or at the Lodge Factory in Tennessee. Given my proximity to SF, I would bet this was California made. As you can see in the pictures, the piece has some pitting inside and out, but this should not reduce the effectiveness of the pan. This piece spent 2 day in the electrolysis tank, and received 5 rounds of seasoning using Buzzy-Waxx-Original. Does not spin. 12" Wide 16" Long 2" High
