Our bourbon is made from all Colorado grains, Rocky Mountain water and a healthy dose of tomfoolery, we mill and cook the corn by hand, open air ferment it, and distill the mash in our Christian Carl Pot Still. Aged in first use charred American Oak for as long as time will allow!
