The Fabric is shown until I have time to make the actual pillow! This car seat pillow fastens easily (by an adult depending how old the child is) to a seat belt so it doesn't shift position. There are 2 straps with a Velcro fastener on the ends. It is a pillow to support which supports the neck in the back and on the front-side. There is no left or right so it can be used on either side of the car. It is soft and comfortable. My grandchildren love it. Actually, adults can use it too. You don't need to use it with a seat belt.
