Originally designed by Fred Bridge, these heavy weight cookie sheets are made of 10 Gauge Anodized Aluminum to evenly distribute their heat and eliminate hot-spots on the baking surface. 45 degree lips at each end make it easy to grab from the oven. We always recommend using parchment or a Silicone baking mat for easy cleanup. The Bridge design was originally made in the USA, until manufacturing this special item became cost prohibitive. Our last batch was made by Fat Daddio's in their Chinese plant, but to the original design and specifications. Each Sheet measures 16 x 12.5 inches and weighs in at a hefty 2.15 pounds. Each Item is to be considered Vintage – New Never Used *** SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY *** We ship all orders to the address that we receive on your Order. If there is a Suite, Floor or Apartment number, be sure to add it to the address field. Please be sure to review your Receipt after placing an order to confirm the shipping address is accurate. For our Shipping, we are now offering a Shipping Calculator based on the destination Zip/Postal Code. It will automatically calculate the Shipping and Handling for each item. It can be found in the Shipping & Policies tab on each listing, be sure to use the drop down option for countries outside the USA. For orders with multiple items the shipping calculator does not accurately quote shipping and in most times, we refund additional S/H that has been charged. If you need an accurate shipping quotation, please email us with the item (s), quantities and the destination Zip/Postal code. All orders are insured and sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Domestic USA Ground Service. The Shipping calculator does an awful job when it comes to multiple items. Since each item is configured to calculate the shipping based on its packed weight and size, the calculator cannot take into consideration the fact that items can be combined into 1 box and/or nested within each other.
