GT Products silicone thinner can be used to drop the viscosity of any mold making silicone. This thinner is a 50 Centistoke Dimethyl Fluid and will be compatible with any GT Products Silicone system. Lowering the viscosity of a mold making system can allow the silicone to easier flow into smaller detail. GT Products, Inc. recommends only adding 3% to 5%. Adding too much silicone fluid can adversely effect the physical properties of the silicone itself. Tear and tensile strength will be the most greatly effect properties if too much silicone thinner is used.
