Sarah Wiener’s warm, contemporary knife collection gracefully balances beautiful wood and fine steel. As an exacting chef and restaurateur who insists on using exceptional ingredients and tools, Wiener came to Pott looking to design a signature line of knives. Pott worked closely with Wiener, creating each design in her own kitchen. The knives are hand-crafted with Solingen steel and FSC certified wood. Through better styling and construction, these knives represent design and craftsmanship at their best. All pieces feature a Plum Wood handle except the Privatier, which is of Rosewood.
