I know everyone is suddenly a healthy ice cream expert with their Ninja Creami, but all you need is a regular ol’ blender for this one! Whisk together 1 can (12oz) fat free evaporated milk, 50g powdered sugar substitute (or regular powdered sugar), 2 tsp vanilla extract, and I add a pinch of salt too…but I’ll admit I have no idea if it’s necessary or not. Pour the mixture into a freezer bag and freeze overnight. The next day, break it up, add it to a blender, then blend it up with a tiny splash of any milk and it’ll transform into smooooooth soft serve. If you have questions, especially about substitutions, I promise they will be answered in the full recipe link below (or use the link in my bio) Cheatdaydesign.com/ice-cream”
